Formwork panels

3-layer formwork panels are commonly used for the preparation / rebar of concrete castings in the construction of foundations, walls, floors, etc.

The specific structure of the formwork panels, consisting of 3 waterproofed layers glued together in a crisscross pattern, allows high load resistance and stability of the shapes, such as to exclude swelling and contractions.

For the production of the roofing layers, glued lamellas are used to prevent tension and torsion of the surfaces. The result is perfectly smooth formwork panels conforming to the design, without joints, for an excellent result in exposed concrete work.

The use of high-quality raw wood, surface treatment with high-strength resins and technical drying with controlled wood humidity are the ways to obtain durable 3-layer formwork panels: up to 20 cycles of on-site use, with consequent savings also on rebar and dismantling costs.
